Terms and Conditions
Chyron wants to showcase your work and in turn promote the amazing graphics you and our systems are capable of producing. Thank you for wanting to take part. We appreciate the time and effort taken to make a submission. Now for the inevitable fine print.
Conditions of Submission:
The submitter agrees that they have obtained the relevant permissions to make the submission.
The submitter warrants to Chyron that the material submitted is original artwork created by himself or herself or the organization/group to which they are employed and does not infringe on the rights of any third parties. If any part of the submitted video was provided by a third party, then the submitter warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission in order to make the submission for the purposes of this promotion.
The submitter agrees to indemnify Chyron and it's dealer/partners against all claims and costs from third parties arising from a breach set out in these conditions.
The submitter acknowledges that Chyron may edit their entry.
Conditions of Use:
Submissions may be published on the Chyron website and may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes at Chyron's sole discretion including trade shows or other Chyron-sponsored events. Chyron selects, promotes and publishes submissions at its discretion. Chyron will not disclose any personal information provided by the submitter. (*)
