Automatic Display of Web Data in Lyric® and DynaCrawl Lyric’s ability to display real-time data extends to the web. Harvester Pro extracts text data from virtually any web site and displays the information in Lyric messages. The user can use the intuitive point-and-click interface to easily select and import web data into user-formatted Lyric templates for custom-designed, auto-updating display of information such as headlines, weather information or stock prices. Using VBScript®, Harvester Pro can gather data from the Internet, store it in a variety of database formats for DBLink use, or package it into a user-defined Intelligent Interface® message for display on HyperX®, HX200, LEX, LX, MicroX, DynaCrawl and iNFiNiT!® family systems. Harvester Pro can access Lyric objects, and can enable or disable scene elements based on the value of harvested data. For example, a Lyric message that harvests and displays weather data could enable flipbook elements such as a sunburst, rain clouds, moving clouds or snowflakes.
