MicroClyps is a compact, single channel HD/SD clip server offering virtually instantaneous clip recall and playout. MicroClyps integrates directly into the CAMIO workflow, making it a perfect match for demanding live applications, such as news and sports.

Using the same graphical user interface and data management tools found on the popular XClyps dual channel clip server, MicroClyps insures maximum ease-of-use.

Now, with Clyps2GO, you can take your content with you! Store your content and metadata are stored on a pair of removable Clyps2GO drives. You can transfer content from one system to another, across the room or across town, in a matter of minutes.

Flexible Automated or Manual Playback and Control

Chyron’s MicroClyps clip servers provide a variety of manual and automated control options, including support for Pro-Bel, GPI, VDCP, PBusII and Chyron Intelligent Interface®.

Both XClyps and MicroClyps can also be controlled manually via the interface and keyboard or with the optional Chyron ClypBoard dedicated control panel seen on the right.

MOS Workflow

Integration with CAMIO and Axis World Graphics Workflow
MicroClyps seamlessly integrates with the Chyron MOS workflow. Both maps and charts clips created in Chyron's cloud-to-ground graphics creation tool, Axis World Graphics, can be automatically distributed to the MicroClyps systems for playout.

Within the newsroom environment, clips can be dragged and dropped into stories within the Newsroom Computer System (NRCS), monitored and then triggered to playback on air.
