Why can't I save my Lyric message?
If you cannot save a Lyric message without seeing an error message (the text of the error message included recordset and the jet database engine). Lyric might be configured configured to automatically add to the Browser each time a message is saved. This error is due to a corrupted Browser database. The solution is to run the Repair utility on the database. The utility is available in the Windows ODBC Data Source Administrator (accessed from Administrative Tools – Data Source (ODBC)).
