Yes! If you have SP2 and are installing any version of Lyric prior to 5.21, you will need to do a custom install, and select everything but the Infinit disk I/O option. You will not be able to transfer files from an infinit zip disk, only over a network.

If you are installing XP SP 2 on a system that already has a Lyric Installation prior to 5.21, you need to first manually remove the file CMCpHILEFSDrv.sys in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers folder, then install SP 2.
